The Sauna Sip & Stretch Social is a curated wellness experience designed to flow at a relaxed, social pace. Guests will rotate through guided stretching, sauna sessions, optional cold plunges, and mini massages in small groups, finishing the experience gathered at an indoor luxury picnic with catered food and drinks.

Sauna and cold plunge are provided by @backyardspaproject, with luxury picnic styling by @peachykeen.niagara. Move, melt, and unwind-then stay and savour.
